For Organizers

Anyone can upload tournament results directly through the app. Our OCR system reads your Bandai TCG+ screenshots and extracts the data automatically.

1. Go to the Upload Results tab

   Open the Upload Results page from the sidebar in the app.

2. Fill in tournament details

   Select the store, date, event type, format, total players, and number of rounds.

3. Upload your screenshots

   Take screenshots of the final standings from the Bandai TCG+ app. Make sure placements, usernames, and member numbers are visible. You can upload multiple screenshots if standings span more than one screen.

4. Review the extracted data

   Our OCR system reads the screenshots and extracts player info automatically. Review the results, fix any OCR errors, and assign deck archetypes if known.

5. Confirm and submit

   Results go live immediately after submission. Ratings and statistics update automatically.

Have ready before uploading:

• Screenshots of final standings from Bandai TCG+ (PNG, JPEG, or WebP)
• The store where the tournament was held
• Tournament date
• Total number of players and rounds

Optional:

• Deck archetypes played (can be assigned during review or added later)
• Match history screenshots (for round-by-round records)

Online tournaments from Limitless TCG are synced automatically into DigiLab. Results, placements, and deck archetypes are imported weekly. Online tournaments appear in the "Online" scene and feed the same rating system as in-person events.

The following Tier 1 organizers are currently synced:

• Eagle's Nest
• PHOENIX REBORN
• DMV Drakes
• MasterRukasu

These organizers run regular online events that are automatically imported.

If you run online tournaments on Limitless TCG, contact us to add your organizer page to the sync.

Provide:

• Your Limitless organizer name and page URL
• Approximate event frequency

Every store and organizer on DigiLab has a unique community link. When shared, it filters the entire app to show only that community's data — tournaments, players, meta, everything.

URL format: app.digilab.cards/?community=your-store-slug

To get your store's community link:

1. Go to the Stores tab
2. Find your store and click it to open the modal
3. Look for the "Share Community View" button in the modal
4. Copy the link and share it!

Discord server: Post the link so players can check standings anytime.

Social media: Share after events so players can see updated results.

Store website: Link to your community's DigiLab page for tournament info.

We want to include every store that runs Digimon TCG events! There are two ways to request a new store:

Option 1: Through the app

• Go to the Stores tab
• Click the "Request Store" button
• Fill in store name, city/state, and your scene
• Submit — your request goes directly to your scene admin for review

Option 2: Ask on Discord

• Join our Discord and share the store details in the appropriate channel

Already running webcam events? Online organizers are supported on DigiLab! To get listed:

Provide:

• Platform name (e.g., your Discord server or community name)
• Limitless organizer page URL
• Discord server invite link

Events sync automatically via Limitless integration once your organizer page is added.

Physical stores should meet the following:

• Run regular Digimon TCG events (at least monthly)
• Use Bandai TCG+ or Limitless for tournament management
• Be open to the public (not private play groups)

Online organizers should meet the following:

• Run regular scheduled events
• Have public registration open to all players

Want to bring DigiLab to your community? First, make sure you meet the prerequisites:

• Your area has at least 2-3 active stores or organizers running regular Digimon events
• You have a community contact who can help gather initial tournament data

Then submit your request:

Option 1: Through the app

• Go to the Stores tab
• Click the "Request Scene" button
• Provide details about your community and stores

Option 2: Ask on Discord

• Join our Discord and share your scene request with community details

A "scene" in DigiLab is a community of players who regularly compete against each other. This is usually defined by:

• Geography — A metro area, state, or collection of nearby cities
• Community — Players who know each other and attend the same events
• Activity — At least 2-3 stores or organizers with regular events

Examples: a metro area like "Houston TCG", a state-level scene like "Florida Digimon", or a regional community like "Southeast Tamers"

Most users won't need contributor access — anyone can upload tournament results via screenshots. Contributors are trusted community members with additional admin capabilities.

Admin contributors can:

• Enter tournament results manually (without screenshots)
• Edit existing tournaments and results
• Manage player records and deck archetypes
• Approve or reject deck archetype requests from the community

Super Admin contributors additionally manage stores and format settings.

We're looking for active tournament organizers and community members who regularly attend events. To become a contributor:

1. Build a track record

   Upload a few tournaments via the Upload Results page so we can verify data quality.

2. Express interest

   Let us know you'd like contributor access when uploading results.

3. Get set up

   We'll provide you with admin credentials and a quick orientation on the admin tools.

Spotted something wrong with a tournament result, player record, or deck assignment? There are two ways to report it:

Option 1: Through the app

• Open the player, tournament, or deck modal in the app
• Click the "Report Error" button in the modal footer
• Describe what's wrong and submit

Option 2: Ask on Discord

• Join our Discord and describe the error in the appropriate channel
